Class-Size Options

1-on-1 Personal Training- private sessions with an individual.

Semi-Private Training- private sessions with couples or a small group of family/friends/co-workers.

Group Training- non-private sessions with a large group.

Setting Options

In-Home- training at your private home (including outdoor locations near your home such as public tracks, fields and trails if desired).

Corporate- training at your place of employment (corporate gyms).

In-House- training at Faustini's Insitute of Martial Arts and Fitness.

Total Body-Conditioning Program- 1 hour of body-sculpting cardiovascular exercise & resistance training.

Power Half-Hour- 30 minutes of high-intensity kicking, punching, cardiovascular exercise and resistance training.

Men's Combat Fitness- 1 hour of combat- oriented cardiovascular exercise and resistance training designed for males.

Speed, Agility & Quickness Training-    training designed for athletes who are looking to maximize their abilities and potential.

Customized Workout- training designed to suit individual fitness goals, areas of interest, targets for growth and other special conditions.

Mixed-Martial Arts
Program Options

Martial Arts Training- martial arts instruction for individuals of all ages and skill levels.

Brazilian Jui Jitsu Ground-Fighting (grappling)- instruction for individuals of all ages and skills levels.

Self-Defense- "realistic" training in self-awareness and self-protection.

Nutritional Guidance Options

Private Nutritional Sessions- 1-on-1 guidance (and assessment) designed to help you meet your nutritional goals.
