My name is Gary Schulman and I am a Certified Fitness Trainer, Speed/Agility/Quickness Trainer, Martial Arts Black Belt Instructor, Sports Nutritionist and Weight Loss Specialist, but what really sets me apart from the herd is that I give people an honest approach to fitness and nutrition.
In fact, I am not even going to take credit for the transformations and ideas shared on this website. Nature did all the work— I am simply able to help my clients apply what science has figured out about how our bodies can function optimally.
The approach that I suggest here is an intellectually-based one. I take the time to painstakingly research and test the latest health and fitness theories and styles to determine the best methods for my clients. Never complacent or easily led by flashy gimmicks, I only teach fitness and nutrition methods that are proven to work while respecting the body’s natural path to wellness.
